A very simple whole wheat bread to make, it has no complications when preparing. To do this you can use both oat flour and instant oats (I had oat flour). When you use instant oats, it is advisable to let it hydrate in warm vegetable milk for a while before preparing the recipe. To make oat flour, it is prepared in batches in the blender and it remains like flour.

Another option you have to prepare this vegan oat bread with vwhole wheat flour recipe is to use vegetable milk or water (milk works better). To give it even more oats flavor you can use vegetable oat milk if you have it prepared. Those who want to prepare oat milk and do not know how I leave the link here.

If you have a kneading machine you can prepare this bread dough by adding all the ingredients directly to the bowl of the machine or do it on the table putting the flours in the shape of a crown and placing the liquid ingredients in the middle and joining little by little until forming a dough.

To cook this bread you can use a loaf mold and give it the classic shape. If you do not have one, you can give the bread the shape you are used to making, the one you like the most or the one that is easiest for you. Let nothing stop you from making this fabulous bread!
